Main online purchase motivations in Belgium 2021

Free delivery was the leading motivation for more than two-thirds (68 percent) of Belgian internet users to buy products online in the third quarter of 2021. In addition, just over one-third of respondents said that customer reviews encouraged them to make online purchases.
