Shoppers and retailers in Belgium engage in various omnichannel activities. For instance, 71 percent of retailers are aware that their physical stores are brand boosters and can enhance customer experience, even when the customer buys the product online. From the consumer perspective, one in five shoppers in Belgium are more likely to return to a store if they are satisfied with their technological experience while shopping.
