Quarterly online shopping expenditure in Belgium 2019-2022
Belgian online buyers appear to have increased their quarterly spending on e-commerce purchases between 2019 and 2022. The proportion of e-shoppers spending at least 1,000 euros on online purchases grew from eight percent in 2019 to approximately 14 percent three years later, while the proportion of those spending between 50 and 100 euros on online shopping declined by three percentage points during that period.
