Factors affecting e-commerce pickup point choice in Russia 2022
In January 2022, over one half of the surveyed Russians indicated that they chose pickup points based on their own location and plans. For nearly 30 percent, a decisive factor was the store from which they ordered, followed by 22 percent who named the opening hours among the main factors.
