Extractions sector GDP in Egypt 2019/2020, by product
The total gross domestic product (GDP) of Egypt's extractions sector amounted to around 375.3 billion Egyptian pounds (19.59 billion U.S. dollars). Natural gas was the largest contributor to the GDP aggregate, with 188.2 billion Egyptian pounds (9.82 billion U.S. dollars). Moreover, the GDP of oil extraction amounted to 137.7 billion Egyptian pounds (7.19 billion U.S. dollars).
