Share of female executives in fintech worldwide 2021, by region
In 2021, almost 20 percent of the executives in fintech companies worldwide were women, but there were regional differences. The share of female executives was the highest in North America, where 23.5 percent of the executive positions were filled by women. North America was followed by Africa and Europe. The region with the lowest share of female executives in fintech companies was Latin America.
