Preferred snacks in Portugal 2023
In Portugal in 2023, about 70 percent of respondents preferred to have cookies as a snack during the day, 67 percent opted for dried fruits, and yogurts came in third with 66 percent. Moreover, bars were selected as the preferred snack by about 65 percent.
