According to a survey conducted in South Korea in November 2022, 92.7 percent of respondents who consumed coffee during the last three months answered that they had been to specialty brand coffee shops, such as Starbucks. Another 57.6 percent stated that they went to other coffee shops without a specialty brand. Only 1.3 percent of respondents answered that they did not purchase their coffee in any sort of coffee shop or restaurant.
