Degree of revolt against different sexist situations in France 2022, by type

At the end of 2022, eight percent of the respondents in France found it normal for a man to refuse to let his female partner see other men. According to the latest report of the Haut Conseil à l'égalité entre les femmes et les hommes (High Council for Equality between Women and Men), although awareness of inequalities between women and men in society is growing, sexist situations as such remain partially accepted. This is particularly the case for situations of everyday situations such as the fact that women cook every day for the whole family only bothers two people out of five, sexist jokes and mansplaining only bothers/revolts about three people out of five.
