Italy: pasta products producer price index output

Between January 2021 and February 2023, the monthly Producer Price Index (PPI) of macaroni, noodles, couscous and similar farinaceous products in Italy showed an overall increase. The monthly PPI is here calculated using the year 2015 as the base, thus equal to 100. The output price index of pasta products manufactured in the country peaked at 123.1 in February 2023.
