Between 2011 and 2021, the sold production value of uncooked pasta containing eggs in Italy showed some fluctuations. At the beginning of the period under review, the production value of egg pasta in Italy amounted to 1.07 billion euros. In 2021, that figure had reached 1.15 billion euros. The highest figure was recorded in 2016, when uncooked egg pasta reached a sold production value of 1.4 billion euros.
