Cloud IT infrastructure spending growth in CEE quarterly 2022

Over the course of 2022, spending on cloud IT infrastructure in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) fell by nearly 40 percent compared to the previous year due to the Russia-Ukraine war. The most significant decline was recorded in the last quarter of the year when the expenditure dropped by 54 percent from the corresponding period of 2021.
