Importance of increasing new customer numbers for small businesses India March 2023
According to a survey conducted in March 2023, 82 percent of surveyed small businesses in India placed great importance on increasing the number of new customers. At the same time, two percent of small Indian businesses replied that increasing the number of new customers is not at all important for their business.
