South Korea: spousal leave disuse reasons

According to a survey conducted in South Korea for the time period of 2022, around 74 percent of respondents stated that they did not take spousal as they felt it would add to the work burden of their colleagues. The remaining 26 percent felt that their work atmosphere discouraged it.
