Retail investor's level of optimism toward the economy in the U.S. 2023
As of 2023, there was a relatively normal distribution curve formed upon reviewing investors' level of optimism towards the economy. A higher portion of respondents provided neutral or somewhat neutral answers, with roughly 25 percent of retail investors surveyed being somewhat pessimistic about the current state of the U.S. economy. Almost 23 percent of participants felt somewhat optimistic about the economy.
