Portugal: discrimination complaints by reason 2022

In 2022, Brazilian nationality was the most representative reason used as basis for discrimination in Portugal, being behind more than 34 percent of complaints. Black skin color was the second reason with the most discrimination complaints, accountable for more than 15 percent of the total. Roma ethnicity was the basis for five percent of the discrimination complaints registered in the country.
