Services that enhace shopping experience of consumers South Korea 2023, by age group
According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in South Korea in November 2023, about 42.77 percent of respondents aged between 16 and 24 answered that having an item availability indicator would enhance their shopping experience. Whereas around 42.58 percent of respondents aged 55 or older stated that express delivery options would make their shopping experience more comfortable.
