Share of registered election voters Indonesia 2024, by generation

For the 2024 elections in Indonesia, more than half of registered voters were young voters, encompassing about 33.6 percent Generation Y and 22.85 percent Generation Z. With over 204 million registered voters representing around 75 percent of its population, Indonesia held the world's largest single-day election to choose a new president, vice president, parliamentary and local representatives on February 14, 2024.
