SEA: comfort level with telehealth 2023

In a survey conducted across Southeast Asian markets in September 2023, 41 percent of respondents stated to be comfortable consulting general practitioners using telehealth services. In contrast, 28 percent of the respondents were comfortable with using telehealth consultations to discuss more complex health concerns with specialists.
