Most common challenges in implementing remote work in Japan in 2023
According to a survey conducted between November 2022 and January 2023, ensuring security was the most commonly cited challenge about implementing telework. Around 52 percent of companies which had implemented telework said that security was a major issue. Another 50 percent of respondents named the provision of necessary devices as a major challenge.
