Adults' opinion on the effect of AI on media in the U.S. 2024, by gender
As of March 2024, approximately 45 percent of women surveyed in the United States reported thinking that artificial intelligence (AI) has had either a somewhat or very negative effect on the media sector. Among men, that share stood at 44 percent. Conversely, 22 percent of female respondents perceived a positive impact, whereas 24 percent of their male counterparts expressed the same opinion.
