According to a March 2024 survey conducted by Rakuten Insight, 31 percent of respondents in Indonesia stated that they used shared mobility services such as ride-hailing, car-pooling, and bike-sharing two to five times each week. The same survey revealed that car ride-hailing services were the most used in Indonesia.
