In 2010, 23 percent of all bikes sold were road/700c bicycles, 22 percent were mountain bikes, 21 percent hybrid/cross, 13 percent comfort, 12 percent youth, 6 percent cruiser and 2 percent were recumbent/tandem bicycles.
