In the fiscal year of 2024, the U.S. Navy will spend about 60.57 billion U.S. dollars on military personnel, which is about 25 percent of its total budget plan. The U.S. Army will spend about 69.84 billion U.S. dollars on military personnel in that same fiscal year.
