This statistic shows the results of a survey among adult Americans on their opinion of Ann Romney, wife of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney, and Chris Christie, Governor of New Jersey. Both held speeches at the Republican National Convention on August 28, 2012, when Mitt Romney was officially elected as presidential candidate for the Republican Party. This survey was conducted a few days prior to the convention. 42 percent of respondents said they had a favorable opinion of Ann Romney, while 9 percent said they had never heard of her.
