* Values represent the mean value. Brokerage fees range from 5,800 to 8,130 euros in Germany, from 5,400 to 6,400 euros in the U.S., from 3,000 to 5,000 euros in Portugal, from 3,600 to 4,800 euros in Italy and from 900 to 4,200 euros in the UK.

In Italy, Sweden, France, Portugal, Germany and Ireland, fees are paid by the buyer. In the U.S., Spain and the UK, fees are paid by the seller. In Austria, the fee is divided by both the buyer and the seller.
