Residential electricity prices in Europe 2021, by country

In the first half of 2021, Germany recorded the highest residential electricity price for users with an annual consumption of 1,000 to 2,500 kilowatt-hours within Europe, at 35.27 euro cents per kilowatt-hour. This was followed by Ireland, at 33.43 euro cents per kilowatt-hour. That same year, Germany also had the highest electricity price for households with an annual consumption between 2,500 and 5,000 kilowatt-hours, at 31.93 euro cents per kilowatt-hour.
