This statistic shows the perceptions of the dangers of cycling on roads in Great Britain between 2011 and 2017. There was little difference in the public perceptions of road cycling dangers. While the share of respondents who strongly agreed that roads were too dangerous fell, the share of those agreeing increased up to 38 percent in 2015. It decreased again to 36 percent in 2017. People strongly disagreeing with the statement amounted to 3 percent in 2017.
