UK: monthly plug-in hybrid electric car sales 2023

New plug-in hybrid electric car registrations soared in March 2023 with a peak of 17,900 sales, an 11.82 percent increase on March 2022. There tend to be higher sales in September and March due to the release of new registration plates. In July 2023, registrations dropped to just over 11,700 units.
