Customer experiences with energy suppliers in the UK 2014

This statistic shows how consumers rate their overall experience in dealing with energy suppliers n the United Kingdom (UK) in 2014, based on level of ease. 59 percent of consumers found the experience to be easy, while 34 percent found it difficult. According to the report, those responding with "easy" to the survey question gave a score of 7 to 10, with "neither easy nor difficult" a score of 4 to 6 and with "difficult" a score of 0 to 3. The mean score among respondents amounted to 6.81, which shows the overall experience with energy suppliers in the UK is between the "easy" and "neither easy nor difficult" range for consumers.
