Of the appliances monitored, food steamers used up the most electricity on average, at 52.7 kilowatt-hours/year, followed by fryers at 52.7 kilowatt-hours/year and coffee machines at 52 kilowatt-hours/year. Food mixers consumed the least amount of electricity on average at 0.5 kilowatt-hours/year.
