Global refinery capacity of cobalt by top countries 2019
China has the largest refinery capacity for cobalt in the world, with a capacity amounting to 150,000 metric tons as of December 31, 2019. The country with the second largest cobalt refining capacity at that time was Finland, with a much smaller capacity of 16,500 metric tons.
