In 2022, Deloitte was the leading financial advisory firm to merger and acquisition (M&A) deals in the Benelux region, in terms of deal count. This firm advised on 67 M&A deals in 2022. GCG ranked second, with a total of 60 M&A deals advised on that year. The third place ranking is completed by KPMG and Rotschild and Co., with 43 M&A deals advised on each.
