In 2022, PwC was the leading financial advisory firm to merger and acquisition (M&A) deals in Germany, in terms of deal count. PwC advised on a total of 50 M&A deals in Germany in 2022. Deloitte and Houlilah Lokey shared second place with a 45 M&A deals advised on that year, respectively.
