In 2022, the leading financial advisory firms to merger and acquisition (M&A) deals in the Nordic region was Goldman Sachs & Co. The investment firm advised on deals worth over 62 billion U.S. dollars in 2022. Bank of America ranked second, with M&A deals worth approximately 32 billion U.S. dollars. The tpo three in the ranking is completed by Citi, with M&A deals advised on amounting to 31.5 billion U.S. dollars in the Nordics in 2022.
