The statistic illustrates the value of British banknotes of all denominations issued by the Bank of England in the United Kingdom (UK) from 2013/2014 to 2018/2019. It can be seen that the value of British banknotes issued fluctuated during the period under observation, reaching a total of approximately 6.5 billion British pounds of notes as of 2018/2019. The highest value of British banknotes issued in one year was almost 15.2 billion British pounds of notes, in the period 2016/2017.
