M&A activity in Ukraine: number of deals 2011-2022
In Ukraine, the total volume of merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions fluctuated between 2011 and 2021. The number of M&A transactions throughout 2022 came to 84 deals, 59 deals less than the previous year. The most M&A activity throughout the ten year period was seen in 2012, when 342 deals were completed. Conversely, the lowest activity was seen in 2016, when only 54 M&A deals were completed.
