The number of overnight stays made by participants of business meetings and events in Austria slightly increased in 2021 over the previous year, after decreasing significantly in 2020 due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Despite the growth, business overnight stays in the European country remained below pre-pandemic levels, totaling around 812 thousand in 2021.
