International tourist arrival growth in European countries in 2019

In Europe, Montenegro experienced the highest increase in international tourists in 2019. Between January and November, international arrivals grew by 21.4 percent. On the other end of the scale, Iceland was one of only two European countries reported to have a negative result, with a 14.2 percent drop in tourist arrivals in 2019.
