This statistic illustrates the number of alternative suppliers that homeowner respondents (with mortgages) in the United Kingdom (UK) considered before purchasing their motor insurance, as a share of the total number of respondents. It shows that the most common number of suppliers considered for homeowners with mortgages was greater than five and the least common was exactly five. The second most popular answer for this group of homeowners has a share of less than half the size of the more than five alternatives answer.
