Peru: quinoa export value 2012-2021
Peruvian quinoa exports amounted to approximately 105 million U.S. dollars in 2021, a decrease in comparison to the previous year. This is the first year since 2016 in which a decrease of exports was reported. The production of quinoa in Peru surpassed 89 thousand metric tons in 2019.
