Peru: quinoa production volume 2010-2020
Quinoa production in Peru amounted to more than 100 thousand metric tons in 2020, up from 89 thousand tons a year earlier. In the period between 2010 and 2020, quinoa production in the country peaked in 2014, at nearly 115 thousand tons, more than double the amount registered in the year before.
