Italy: importance of food quality 2014-2015

The figure shows the different attitudes of respondents regarding food quality in Italy in 2014 and 2015. Compared to 2014, the number of respondents who spent more money for quality food increased from 23 to 30 percent. At the same time, the number of the respondents not willing to spend money on quality increased from 5 to 12 percent in 2015.
