Ethnicity among employees at PayPal worldwide, by role 2022
Employees with an Asian ethnicity took up the majority of technical roles in PayPal in the United States in 2022, as opposed to leadership roles. In the reported period, nearly 60 percent of U.S. PayPal employees that were either a director or higher, were of white ethnicity. People with a Hispanic or LatinX heritage made up roughly nine percent of the employees in so-called professional roles - which were director or below.
