The value of assets for all banking institutions in Switzerland increased overall between 2002 and 2021, despite some fluctuations. Starting from a value of 1.82 trillion U.S. dollars in 2002, the total assets of Swiss banking corporations peaked at a value of 3.19 trillion U.S. dollars as of 2021.
