Employment figures for Randgold's main mines 2015
This statistic shows the manpower working at Randgold's five key sites in 2015, divided into groups based on whether or not they are a national of the country and whether or not they are full employees of Randgold. In every one of these sites, with the exception of Kibali in the Democratic Republic of Congo, over 90% of the manpower was comprised of local workers. In addition to the five sites listed here, Randgold are also surveying for the establishment of a site at Massawa, in Senegal.
