The Internationale Nederlanden Groep (ING Group) is a global bank and financial services company headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. In 2020, the ratio reached a value of approximately 15.5 percent, an increase compared to the previous year. In 2018, ING received criticism that it did not do enough to prevent money laundering. The Dutch financial supervisor, DNB, fined the bank with 775 million euros for failing to screen clients effectively.
