Iron and steel volume on national waterway-1 in India FY 2014-2020
In fiscal year 2020, the volume of coal carried on Indian national waterway-I was around 16 thousand metric tons. Year-over-year, this volume increased by over 60 percent in fiscal year 2020. This formed less than one percent of the total cargo volume transported over this route.
