Volume of cargo on national waterway-2 in India FY 2012-2022
In fiscal year 2022, the volume of cargo carried on national waterway-II in India was 0.43 million metric tons. In comparison to the preceding fiscal year, there was a slight increase in the cargo volume. National waterway-II comprised 891 kilometers of navigable waterway in the Brahmaputra river from Dhubri to Sadya in the state of Assam.
