Volume of inland cargo carried across Maharashtra in India FY 2012-2019
Over 20 million metric tons of cargo was transported on inland water vessels across the state of Maharashtra in fiscal year 2019. In comparison to the previous financial year, there was a small increase in cargo traffic during that year. There was a continuous increase in this volume since financial year 2017.
